These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online shop at www.zupagrafika.com and the purchase of products offered therein. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Zupagrafika is an independent publisher and graphic design studio based in Poznań, Poland. We sell physical products including books, paper kits, posters, and prints.
All products are shipped from Poland. Product descriptions and dimensions are provided on individual product pages. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors.
All prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
By completing the checkout process and clicking the buy now button, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Any payment already made will be refunded in full.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Zupagrafika cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
All prices are displayed in EUR or PLN and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price at the time of your order will apply.
Payments are processed securely via PayPal, Stripe, and PayU through our checkout powered by Foxy.io. Accepted payment methods include Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, G-Pay (globally), and additionally local payments such as iDEAL (Netherlands), MobilePay (Denmark, Finland), and PayU (Poland).
No payment data is stored by Zupagrafika. All payment processing is handled by our payment providers under their own terms and privacy policies.
We ship worldwide from Poland. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 4 working days from the date of payment. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method and are provided at checkout.

Zupagrafika reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after:
• The day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together; or
• The day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email):

You may use the online withdrawal form provided below, or if you prefer, request the standard EU Model Withdrawal Form in PDF format by contacting us at info@zupagrafika.com and we will provide a copy upon request.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the direct cost of return shipping. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods..
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
• The supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• The supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for:
• The supply of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature.
