We ship all orders from Poland. In the rare event of a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you promptly and offer a refund where applicable.

We ship worldwide

• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
• Your order will be dispatched within 1-4 working days from the date of payment.
• Once your order is sent, a shipment confirmation and tracking details will be emailed to the address you provided at purchase.
• Four delivery methods are available, shown at checkout based on your location:

1. DHL: Available for EU countries and the UK.
2. International Post: Available worldwide, except for select EU countries that are served by DHL. Parcels are sent from Poland and delivered by your national postal service.
3. UPS & FedEx: Available for the United States.
4. InPost: Available only within Poland.

International Post:

• You will be able to track your order using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email and through your national post e-tracking system once it arrives in the destination country. However, while many international post shipments might be trackable, regular tracking updates may not be available for some shipments and countries. The lack of tracking updates does not influence the shipment process itself.

Delivery times begin from the dispatch date, not the order date. If your order has been dispatched but hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking with your local post office or courier first.
Overseas shipments may be subject to customs duties. Any additional charges must be covered by the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot accept responsibility for them.

Payment

We use PayPal, Stripe and PayU to process our transactions, via our secure checkout powered by FoxyCommerce. These services are reliable and secure, and you do not need an account to use them. Payments can be made through Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, G-Pay (globally) and additionally local payments such as Ideal (Netherlands), MobilePay (Denmark, Finland), Bancontact (Belgium) or PayU (Poland).

For delivery addresses in Poland, please place your orders through our Polish website.
For delivery addresses outside of Poland, please place your orders through our English website.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping cost is displayed once you fill in at least the following fields: Postal Code, City, and Country (for some countries, such as the US, the State/Region field may also be required). Press enter or click out of the form fields to display your shipping options and cost. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, and shipping options may vary depending on your country.

Condition

All items are guaranteed to be brand new and in good condition. The dimensions of all our products are stated on the website. All our publications are printed and produced by local manufacturers in Poland, using papers sourced responsibly.

Refunds & Returns

• All items are guaranteed to be brand new and should reach you in good condition.

• If we are unable to send your order due to force majeure events, we will issue a refund.

• We will replace items that are defective from origin or sent in error, provided you notify us of the issue and return the goods within 14 days of receipt, along with a description of the defect. Please contact us via email before returning items and report faulty items at: info@zupagrafika.com. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods, we will initiate your refund within 14 days.

• You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us via email before returning items at: info@zupagrafika.com. Upon receiving the undamaged parcel, we will refund the price of the item(s) within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we delivered it to you in error or it is faulty. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the item(s) to us. We will refund using the same means of payment as you used for the purchase.

• If your parcel was not claimed from a collection point or could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be returned to us. Upon receiving your returned parcel, we will notify you via email. You can choose to have the parcel shipped again (subject to additional delivery and return charges) or receive a refund of the purchased item cost (less the delivery and return charges).

• If the items are returned damaged due to customer neglect (e.g., the customer didn't collect them, causing the items to be mishandled), we grant a partial refund. This amount will account for the reduced value of the damaged items.

Shipping Delays

• We rely on the estimated delivery time and tracking system provided by the postal services and courier official websites. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to courier services.

• In case of an unsuccessful delivery via postal services, your order will be held at your local post office for collection, so please check your mailbox for any notification left for you and your local postal tracking system. If your mail is not collected, it will be sent back to us. Should you experience any delay in delivery, please check the tracking number provided by mail first.

Your use of this website constitutes your agreement with our terms and conditions. Zupagrafika reserves the right to update the content and prices on this website. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of this website without our express written permission. Right of Withdrawal

Your right to withdraw 

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after:

• The day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together; or

• The day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the direct cost of return shipping. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods..

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
• The supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• The supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for:

• The supply of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature.
