Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. All parcels are tracked and shipped as registered priority mail. Your order is dispatched within 1 to 4 business days from the date of payment. Once your order is sent, a shipment confirmation and tracking details will be sent to the email address you provided with the purchase. Parcels are sent from Poland and delivered by your national postal services or DHL (DHL shipment is available for some EU countries, this option will be displayed at checkout).

Russian Federation: 4 to 10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are based on the date of dispatch - not the time of ordering. If your order shows as dispatched and hasn't arrived in the expected time, please check with your local post office first.
We use PayPal, Stripe, PayU and Foxy.io to process our transactions. It´s reliable, secure and you don't need an account in order to use the service.
All payments can be made through PayPal or by card.
An e-mail with shipment confirmation and tracking details will be sent to your e-mail address provided with the purchase.
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to the lack of availability or any other reasons, you will be refunded for the unavailable item.
For Polish delivery addresses, please place your orders through our site in Polish.
For delivery addresses out of Poland, please place your orders through our site in English.
Otherwise, we will immediately proceed with a refund and you will be asked to place your order once again through the site that is compatible with your delivery address.
Russian customers and other cyrillic users: feel free to fill out the shipping and billing address form in cyrillic. Your data will be copied and pasted directly onto the envelope.
If you prefer to pay with a card via PayPal, you do not need to have a PayPal account to proceed with your payment. You can proceed as a guest and pay with your credit or debit card by selecting "Pay without a Paypal account" option at checkout.
Your address, e-mail, phone number, etc, may also be requested depending on your country.
When you are done, select "Pay Now" and that´s it.
If there is a pop-up window requesting to "Create a Paypal account (Optional)", just select a "No thanks" option.

All items are guaranteed to be brand new and in good condition. The dimensions of all of our products are stated on the website.
All of our publications are printed and produced by local manufacturers in Poland. We only use papers from responsible sources.
If we cannot send your order due to force majeure causes (eg. Covid-19 shipment restrictions) we will issue a refund. All items are guaranteed to be brand new and should reach you in good condition. We will replace items that are defective from origin or sent in error. This is subject to you notifying us of the problem and returning the goods to us within 15 days of receipt of the goods and providing a description of the defect. Please contact us before returning items and report faulty items via e-mail. Products must be returned undamaged and in the state in which they were sent. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods we will refund your payment within 7 days.
If you want to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
It may be that your order will already have been dispatched and we are unable to recall it.
We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier service.
